        一、純鋅鍍層鋼板零件表面發黑的類型

        1、 Types of blackening on the surface of pure zinc coated steel plate

        表面發黑常見的有兩種類型:臟污類(附著于鍍層表面的異物)和加工類(加工過程中造成鍍層表面特性變化),當然在實際案例中這兩種類型可能是同時存在的。

        加工類的黑斑產生原因有很多,鍍鋅層表面因為摩擦導致粗糙度被改變,或摩擦導致鋅粉堆積或熱鍍鋅鍍層氧化(受鍍層成分影響)等,都可能形成黑斑形貌。
